Astrola Me Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The short version

Birth details stay on the iPhone. When you type a birthplace, that query goes to Apple Maps to resolve coordinates and a time zone. We do not receive it. Questions are answered on the iPhone.

What we collect

We do not collect an account, a login, or analytics. We do not operate a server that receives your birth details or your questions.

Your birth details

To cast your chart you enter a birth date, time, and place. These details, and the chart computed from them, stay on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them. You can also clear them at any time with “Start over” on the profile screen.

Birthplace search

Astrola Me does not request access to your device location. The typed birthplace query goes to Apple Maps to resolve coordinates and a time zone, solely so the chart can be computed. We do not receive that query.

Questions

Ask about this answers on the iPhone. It uses Apple’s on-device model when that model is available, or a local fallback that reads the same chart. The question and the answer stay on the iPhone.

How the chart is calculated

Astronomical calculations run on your device with the Astronomy Engine. Chart math stays on the phone and does not require an account. Looking up a new birthplace needs a network connection so Apple Maps can resolve it. An already saved chart can be opened offline.

Purchases

Subscriptions, Founder, and packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your card number or payment details. The purchase unlocks features already in the app. A refund removes the purchase it paid for.

Children

Astrola Me is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
