Box Breathing, 4-7-8, and Coherent Breathing stay free. They are not a trial.
Pro is a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. It unlocks the other paces, a custom pace saved on this iPhone, session history and streaks, and optional phase tones and an extra haptic. The annual plan is the only one with a free trial. There is no weekly plan.
Open Simple Breath Pro in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought it. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple.
It is a pacer. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It does not replace care from a clinician.
